Today is a sluggish day. I TA a general biochem course with 200 kiddies in it and the final is this Sat. And I would love for at least 1 student to actually try to find the answer before coming to me with a question. My labmate Mike managed to cheer me up though...
We began the moring at work by listening to "Da thirdy point buck" by Da Yoopers. A WI Xmas classic. A tale of adventure from the lodges of northern WI that nearly causes me to wet myself when the narrator describes Bett Lou, with "combination AK57/oozie, radar laser, triple barrel, double-scope, heat-seaking shotgun."
If you haven't already heard this one, I recommend it.
Kinda reminds me a a Northern version of USRSF.
